1. Company Information

View from Windows is a registered travel agency offering curated domestic and international travel solutions, including but not limited to: tour packages, hotel reservations, flight bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance, and customized itineraries.

2. Eligibility and User Representation

You affirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age;
Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
Are using the Site and Services solely for personal or authorized use.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to promptly update it if there are any changes.

3. Services Offered

We provide:

Tour package curation (individual and group-based)
Domestic and international travel bookings
Airline, hotel, and transport reservations
Visa and travel insurance assistance (in association with third-party providers)
Travel advisory and consultation

All Services are subject to availability, eligibility, and acceptance of bookings by View from Windows or its partners.

4. Booking Policy

4.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once:

We receive a completed booking form and/or formal confirmation via email or our website;
Required deposits or full payment are received within the specified time;
We issue a written confirmation acknowledging receipt of payment and booking acceptance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change due to availability, or third-party adjustments.
Price quotes are valid only for the period stated on the offer.
Pricing does not include optional excursions, taxes (unless specified), or additional services unless stated.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules (deposit, part-payment, and full balance) will be clearly mentioned in the booking agreement.
Payment must be made via accepted methods (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in cancellation of booking without refund.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellations

Cancellation policies are not uniform and can vary significantly depending on the type of service booked (e.g., flights, hotels, tour packages) and the terms set by third-party suppliers such as airlines, accommodation providers, or tour operators.
Some bookings may be fully refundable, others partially refundable, and many may be completely non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to request and understand the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking.
View from Windows strongly advises customers to ask about the cancellation terms before confirming any booking.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or an authorized communication channel. Verbal requests will not be accepted or honoured.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy applicable to your specific booking and the terms outlined by the service providers involved.

In the event of a cancellation, if a refund is applicable, the amount refunded will depend on:

The supplier’s refund rules
The time at which the cancellation was made
Any non-refundable components (e.g., visa fees, service charges, administrative fees)

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the third-party provider and may take up to 30 business days or more in certain cases.

View from Windows does not control the refund processing speed of third-party suppliers and cannot guarantee immediate reimbursement.

In some cases, instead of a refund, the provider may offer a credit note, travel voucher, or rescheduling option, subject to their policies.

7. Travel Documents & Compliance

The traveller is solely responsible for:

Holding a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and entry documents.
Meeting health and vaccination requirements.
Complying with local laws and customs in the destination country.

View from Windows shall not be liable for any refusal of entry or denied boarding due to documentation issues.

8. Third-Party Services and Liability

Our services may involve third-party providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, consulates).
While we vet our partners, we are not liable for actions, omissions, or service failures of third parties.
Any disputes or claims regarding third-party service quality must be addressed with them directly.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and unforeseen delays.

We may assist in arranging insurance, but the responsibility to understand coverage and exclusions lies with the traveller.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, View from Windows shall not be held liable for:

Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
Delays, cancellations, or changes in travel schedules
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Force majeure events beyond our control

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, branding, videos, code, etc.) is the exclusive property of View from Windows or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Website Usage

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt website functionality;
Upload malicious content or spam;
Misuse or tamper with booking functionality.
